One amazing thing about voice actors is that they are a lot like flavors. Just as in a cake, cinnamon would be welcome but in a stew requiring garlic, it would be a disaster; so it is with different voices. Each one is so delicious in the right "recipe" and that we work hard to find just the voice/inflection/accent to produce a culinary...no, auditory masterpiece.

How we met them: |
Listening to Todd's voice demo online was like savoring a spoonful of creamy chocolate pudding -- smooth, rich, and yummy! Talking to him on the phone was even better, especially when we found that we shared similar likes and viewpoints. But attending the taping sessions where he worked tirelessly with our production folks to get just the right word or inflection, even if it took four or five takes, made him a fast friend. Todd, you are a talented professional and we appreciate your efforts. |

Todd's humor came out when we asked him what we thought were "fun" questions. Did you know he still wants to be an astronaut but hasn't filled out his NASA application...yet. He would love the super power of making bills disappear, his condiment of choice is ketchup (shaken, not stirred), and his favorite season is "Wabbit season!" Fun stuff from a native Kentuckian (born and bred), and a self-proclaimed Dorito gourmet. |
