Collaborative Books
Teen to Nostalgic
| Okay, these books are *not* for kids. While some may be mature enough
to handle the vocabulary or the subject matter, they would probably not
have the background of history to value these stories. But they are
wonderful for bringing the generations together and celebrating the
lives of those whom history regards as heroes of inspiring proportion.
When you invite the grandparents over, include the teens in the
listening. Who knows what conversational bonds may form? (back to collaborative) |
