These are the people who make the magic happen! They mix a voice and a script together with liberal doses of editing added. Sounds are then sprinkled in along with a dollop of "just the right" music. Finally, they stir it all together -- no cauldrons needed for their charming brew -- and the final product displays their enchanting production skills. Abracadabra...it's magic!

How we met them: |
Visiting John's sound studio was like entering a high tech control room for the visual and musical arts. During our first tour, he showed us some of the amazing tools and software that he uses to create the wonderful sounds that most of us take for granted while watching a movie. It was entertaining, educational, and thoroughly inspiring! I'll never "experience" a movie quite the same way again. |

Short Bio |
John William Doryk is an award winning television/film composer, who has been creating original music and sound design for over 24 years. He has had his work performed on The Discovery Channel, PBS, FOX Network, NBC Network, for Sony Pictures, Focus on the Family Films, Answers in Genesis Creation Museum, Coral Ridge Media, and many independent feature films. He currently resides in Colorado Springs with his wife Susan and two children, Stephen and Emily. |
