One amazing thing about voice actors is that they are a lot like flavors. Just as in a cake, cinnamon would be welcome but in a stew requiring garlic, it would be a disaster; so it is with different voices. Each one is so delicious in the right "recipe" and that we work hard to find just the voice/inflection/accent to produce a culinary...no, auditory masterpiece.

How we met them: |
Many folks are familiar with the stories of the Pepper Family in the book, Five Little Peppers and How They Grew, so we wanted a voice that would be comfortable and familiar as well. Diane's voice is just that -- you could listen to her easily and be both enchanted and relaxed at the same time. These stories are filled with such lovely and personable characters and we knew from the start that she could bring them to life. |
